1. Delivery Options

In-person pickup by appointment
Ground transport via trusted, licensed pet transporters
Flight nanny services (where available)

The best option is selected based on the puppy’s age, size, and destination.

2. Puppy Safety

Our puppies are transported only when:

They are age-appropriate for travel
Cleared by a licensed veterinarian
Up to date on vaccinations and health checks

We prioritize the puppy’s comfort, hydration, and well-being throughout the journey.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on location, distance, and delivery method.
All shipping fees will be confirmed and agreed upon before travel arrangements are made.

4. Scheduling & Timing

Delivery dates are scheduled in advance.
While we aim for timely delivery, delays due to weather, airline changes, or safety concerns may occur.

5. Delivery Confirmation

You will be notified once your puppy is en route and again upon safe delivery.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship puppies to locations where travel would compromise their health or safety.

If shipping must be canceled due to health or safety concerns, we will work with you to reschedule or arrange an alternative solution.
